I really enjoyed this composition of trees – some living, some dying; but all beautiful, and all contributing something to their ecosystem.

I love seeing pics of places that I recognize or have been to myself.

Am sending friends visiting from Ireland on their way and will be heading down to the quite side in the next couple of days. Stopped by Bar Harbor the other day… what a zoo this time of year! I’m looking forward to some peace and quiet over at Bass Harbor.
